Whatever it is that you deliver to me in 2023, March, try to be measured with it. I know there will be struggles and hardships and disappointments. There will be times when I cry myself to sleep and wonder if I’ve done the right thing. That maybe I should have settled for a safe but boring marriage and easy financial life. Remind me, March, of the bravery it took me to make the decision to escape into the unknown. And remind me that even in the unknown there are lots of wonderful ‘knowns’.
