I always wonder how that conversation would go if I had it (although I have no desire to get married again).

Would my ex husband be shocked, angry, and hurt like in the story?

Or more likely, he’d say, “It figures. You were always selfish and immoral.”

I don’t think I’d like to hear what he had to say.
