I’m 56 and I wear bathing suits every day to the pool. Some more revealing and some less. I don’t love my body but I’ve come to appreciate my curves and roundness. I feel the sun and the water on my skin and I just enjoy the sensations. Someday, I won’t be able to do this, so I treasure the fact that I can now.
