It’s really hard to have “it all” as you wrote. I had a sexless marriage for 24 years when I was my most sexual. Now, I’m post menopause and still pretty damn sexual, but I am with my AP and I wonder if either my libido or his will drop. No answers here. Who knows what will happen? We have to roll with the punches.
